Terms and conditions

The apartment is very roomy and comfortable for two persons, but an extra single bed and/or cot can be provided if required. We regret no dogs, but other small pets are welcome as long as guests provide any necessary bedding, food and feeding utensils etc. and scrupulously clear any hair etc. from the rooms. Loss or breakages of fixtures and fittings, utensils etc. will be charged for. Towels and bed linen are provided, but must not to be removed from the premises. Heating and electricity is included. Weekly letting period is normally from Saturday to Saturday, arrival not earlier than 2pm and departure not later than 11am. Alternative times and days may be arranged by prior agreement.
